Tinnitus is a formal name for perception of sound that does not have an external source, which can manifest as buzzing, hissing, squeaking, the sound of waves (surf noise) and many other sounds.
The source of tinnitus can be various reasons, according to doctors, it can be some kind of disorder, for example: high blood pressure, prolonged nervous tension, listening to loud music for a long period, damage to the auditory nerve due to a stroke and many other reasons.
The manifestation of tinnitus can be temporary/acute or permanent/chronic. For some, this is just a slight discomfort, for others it is an absolute impossibility to function during the day, some cannot get enough sleep or engage in other activities because tinnitus interferes with daily tasks.
The author of this text himself suffers from periodic tinnitus in the form of “surf noise”, the cause of this noise has not been clarified, but it is clear how to deal with it.
The consequence for me is to a greater extent the inability to get a good night's sleep because it seems that something is very noisy.
PROTOCOL: if, for example, it is the left side, like mine, and the noise in the left ear, put one electrode in the palm of our hand, put the second electrode behind the ear for 10 minutes in P2 mode and 10 minutes in P4 mode.
Personal impressions are great! after the first application I was able to function normally during the day and lo and behold! I was able to get a good night's sleep, I don't have to constantly wake up looking for some position so as not to hear what I think is making noise from the side.
